K - TAILORING CENTER FOR YOUNG WOMEN

K-Tailoring Center was started to meet a huge need in our community. Many impoverished and at-risk older teen girls and young women were not able to study in traditional schools.   This initiative began as a way to provide skills in tailoring, embroidery, and related courses.  This one year program will equip them with skills and high employability. Through this outreach, many of the young women have come to see Christ as their provider.

K - AFTER SCHOOL CENTERS

K-Afterschool centers were started to encourage children from single mothers. We realized that many were unable to study well in school as they were first generation learners. (No one in their family had been to school, so they were unable to help them with homework).  Apart from that, all were going home to empty houses, as their moms worked full time. There are currently  two  after school centers where these children can come and get a hug, playtime, a fun and healthy snack, and help on their homework. This service is free for single mothers/widows. There has been real fruit from this initiative!
