K-Ministries is the umbrella under which three unique ministries rest.
In the late 1990s K- Homes (KCH) was launched, a unique model-home for children in desperate situations. We have adopted 46 children over the years.
A few years later, K-Family Support Program (KFSP) was formed as a way to keep single-parent families together. KFSP strives to support and strengthen broken families by helping provide education, encouragement, counseling and financial aid. These families (widows and single moms) would typically surrender custody of their children to children's homes/hostels because of extreme need and poverty. KFSP gives them an alternative- a way to raise their own children and break the cycle of poverty in their own families.
As many of the children in KCH and KFSP get older and finish their education, many of these youth desire to give back to the community. Many are called to work in difficult regions, among the poor and marginalized. We recently began Sons & Daughters as a way to train and support these young people as they enter full time ministry.
